Accepting a record needs nothing from you
A client’s share link opens in any browser. There is no account to create, no software to install and nothing to integrate. Add a line to your booking confirmation asking new clients to share their PawPass record, and the history is in your inbox before the appointment.
What your team sees
A read-only page headed with the pet’s name, species, breed and birth date, then every record the owner has entered with its date and notes. Attachments stay private to the owner; ask for the original certificate if you need the signature. The link expires when the owner chooses.
Keeping your own patients’ records
Some small clinics and groomers also use Pro to keep records for animals they board or foster: bulk import from a spreadsheet, unlimited pets and shares, and households so staff can each log from their own login.
