Vet visits & labs

Vet visits, lab results and weight, in one history

Clinics keep their own records and rarely talk to each other. PawPass is the copy you keep: every visit, every result, and the weight chart, whichever vet you saw.

Vet visits

A vet visit entry records the date, who you saw and what was found. Set a reminder date for the follow-up ("recheck in six weeks") and PawPass will email you before it. Discharge notes can be attached as a photo or PDF.

Lab results

Bloodwork, urinalysis, fecal tests and titer results go in as lab result entries, with the report attached. When a new vet asks "when was the last bloodwork?" the answer, and the numbers, are on your phone.

Weight

Log weight in kilograms or pounds and PawPass charts it over time. Gradual gain or loss is easy to miss between annual visits and easy to see on a line.

One record across clinics

PawPass does not replace your vet’s records and is not trying to. It is the bridge between clinics: your consolidated copy, with shareable read-only views for whoever needs to see it next.
