Insights, automatically (Plus and Pro)
The assistant looks at the records you have entered and writes short observations: upcoming and lapsed vaccinations, weight trends from your weight log, and issues that recur across vet visits. They appear on the pet’s AI Assistant tab, and they update as you add records.
Ask it questions (Pro)
On Pro you can ask questions about the record in plain words, "when was her last DHPP?", "has his weight changed since the diet started?", and get an answer grounded in that pet’s history rather than a generic article.
What it is not
It is not a vet and does not diagnose. It summarizes what is already in the record so that you, and your vet, can act on it sooner. Anything that reads like a medical concern belongs in a conversation with a professional; on Pro, a telehealth consult is one tap away.
Your data stays yours
The assistant works on the record you have chosen to keep, for you. We do not train AI on your pet’s record without your explicit opt-in, and nothing about it is sold or shared with advertisers. See the security page.
