Plain-English version. The full legal version is the one a court would enforce; the one below is the one most people can read.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure. We're responsible for keeping the database secure. If your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

Subscriptions

Billed monthly or annually by Apple or Google depending on the platform you signed up on. Cancel anytime, no questions, refunds handled by the platform per their policy.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. We don't guarantee perfection. Status page lives where humans can find it.

Acceptable use

Don't upload records that aren't yours. Don't share other people's pet data without permission. Don't use the service to spam QR codes at people. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system.

Liability

PawPass is a records tool, not a medical device. Reminders exist to help, not to replace your vet's advice. We are not liable for treatment decisions.

Governing law

Whatever jurisdiction makes sense for the company, defaulting to US Delaware. The full Terms will spell it out before launch.
