What we collect

An account email, the records you voluntarily add about your pet, your subscription tier, and basic telemetry (page loads, errors). We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or anything else by default.

What we never do

Sell your data. Aggregate your data. Share your data with third-party advertisers. Train AI on your pet's record without explicit opt-in.

Who can see your records

You, and anyone you share a scoped, time-limited QR code with. That's it. Not us, not our staff, not our AI, unless you ask for help and grant us temporary access.

Where it lives

Postgres in Supabase. Photos in Supabase Storage. Encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit, key access restricted by row-level security in the database itself.

Deletion

Cancel your subscription: tier falls to free. Delete your account: 30-day grace window, then full deletion cascade. We send you a written confirmation.
